This is going to be a pretty short post. Mainly because all of the work has already been done by someone else and I don't see the need to clutter up the web with basically the same article re-hashed.
When I was originally putting this post together, I went to do a bit of research to make sure I could give you clear step by step instructions for listing your small business in Google Local Maps. But while researching I found an excellent tutorial here.
If you don't need to read the article since it is a fairly straight forward process, you can just jump right in at the Google Small Business Centre. Don't forget that you will need a free Google account to get started.
Now go get your small business listed in Google. And if it's already there add some more photos and edit your description.
